Independent Quality Certification
The UK Quality Assessment Board, UKQAB, is a UK-based independent private assessment and certification body founded by London Business Consultancy. It assesses organisations, institutions, programmes, and services against defined quality criteria, serving suitable applicants in the United Kingdom and internationally. UKQAB is not a government body, and certification is awarded only for the approved scope and validity period when the applicable assessment requirements have been met.
Independent Assessment Against Defined Criteria
UKQAB assessment considers leadership and governance, operational quality, customer or learner experience, people and capability, standards and compliance awareness, quality control and evidence, and improvement and innovation. Assessment scopes can cover businesses, education and training providers, programmes and courses, services, digital services, professional development, institutions, and suitable custom requirements.
Certification That Must Be Earned
The certification process moves from application and initial review through assessment, evaluation, an independent decision, and certification where requirements are satisfied. Submitting an application or paying an assessment fee does not guarantee approval. Successful organisations may use the UKQAB Quality Approved mark only for the scope and validity period stated on their certification.
